Recent Victories (Updated 12/27/07)
The firm had a well earned victory in a criminal case
originating out of Bexar County. The defendant was
charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle. This is
a state jail felony with a punishment range of 6 months to
2 years state jail.
This was a two day trial. After hearing the State's case,
and before the defense put on its' case, the trial judge
entered a directed verdict of not guilty on the one count
of evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
